I think my 4th grade class can do this. But the heading said grade 10 and it is under the K-5 level?

It's possible that the author accidentally checked the K-5 level when originally submitting the activity. PhET sims are designed to be a flexible tool that can be used at a wide range of grade levels (with appropriate facilitation). If you think your students are capable of completing the activity, please use it.
